Ringas Railway Junction,Rajasthan


Ringas is a town located in Sikar district of Rajasthan state. It is a railway junction which comes under Jaipur division of North Western Railway Zone. Ringas Railway Junction is perched on Delhi-Ajmer rail line and is served many trains connecting it to other parts of the country. RGS is the station code of Ringas Junction. Several places of interest are located around Ringas. Samode is historic place located just about 42 km away from Ringas Junction. It is known for its arts and crafts.  Samode Palace is the main highlight of Samode. Built about 400 years ago, Samode Palace is known for its marvelous architecture and spellbinding interiors. Samode is visited by large number tourists from across the globe. Other places of interest which can also be accessed from Ringas include Sikar, Jantar Mantar, Galta, etc. Ringas also lies just about 65 km away from Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan.      
Chetak Exp (Delhi-Udaipur), Chandigarh-Bandra Exp, Loharu-Jaipur Intercity Exp, Jaipur-Churu Spl and many other trains pass through Ringas Railway Junction.  The town of Ringas is also perched on national highway no 11 (NH-11) connecting Agra and Bikaner. Rajula Railway Junction


     Rajula is a town located in Amreli district of Gujarat state. It is a railway junction which belongs to Bhavnagar division of Western Railway Zone. Rajula Junction is served with many trains connecting it other parts of Gujarat and rest parts of India. RLA is the station code of Rajula Junction. The town of Rajula hosts some prominent temples in and around it. Kumbhanath Sukhnath Temple is one of them. It is an old temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple attracts number of devotees from far and wide. An annual fair is also organized at the temple. Dhareshwar which is located just 3 miles from Rajula Junction also hosts an important temple of Lord Shiva. It is believed to be built by Bhim, one of the characters from great epic of Mahabharata.
      Some of the important places which one can visit from Rajula Junction include Palitana, Gir National Park, Bhavnagar, Junagadh etc. Mahuva exp (Mahuva-Surat), Surat exp (Surat-Mahuva), Mahuva-Bhavnagar passenger, Rajula Mahuva Passenger, Mahuva- Dhola Passenger and many other trains stop at Rajula Junction. Rajula town is also connected by state highway no 34 and 106 to other parts of Gujarat state. Surat serves to be the nearby major railhead to Rajula, while Diu airport is the closest airbase to it.

Pulgaon Railway Junction


       Pulgaon is a town in Wardha district of Maharashtra state. It is served with a railway junction which comes under Nagpur Junction of Central Railway Zone. Pulgaon Railway Junction is perched on Nagpur-Amravati rail line. There are several trains which connect Pulgaon Junction to other parts of Maharashtra and rest part of the country. There are some prominent cities located around it. Wardha which serves as the district headquarters is just about 33 km away from Pulgaon Junction. Sevagram located on the outskirts of Wardha is famous historic place. Sevagram was the place of Ashram of Mahatma Gandhi.
      Major cities like Amravati, Nagpur and Yavatmal are located around Pulgaon Junction.  Pulgaon Junction is just about 55 km away from Yavatmal city and has road access to it. The city of Amravati lies just about 75 km northwest of Pulgaon Junction and is connected to it by both rail and road. Pulgaon is just 110 km away from Nagpur, the orange city of India. Podanur Railway Junction


    Podanur is town in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu state. It is located near Coimbatore city and is a part of its suburban area. Podanur is served with a railway junction which belongs to Palakkad Junction of Southern Railway Zone. Coimbatore Junction is nearby major railhead to it. There are some places of religious significance in Podanur. Echhanari Temple is located just 3 km away from Podanur town. Mahalakshmi Temple and Theeneswarar Temple are other places of worship located in and around the town.

Pathardih Railway Junction


       Pathardih Railway Junction is located in Dhanbad District of Jharkhand state. It is managed by Dhanbad Jn division of East Central Railway Zone. Station code of Pathardih Jn is PEH. Dhanbad, the headquarters of Dhanbad district, is just about 23 km away from Pathardih Jn.  Besides, there are many other places of interest located around Pathardih Jn.   
        Dhanbad is the second largest city of Jharkhand state. Known for its coal mining, Dhanbad serves to be a major industrial city of India.
