Kiul Railway Junction


       Kiul Junction is a major railway junction in Lakhisarai district of Bihar state. It belongs to Danapur division of East Central Railway Zone and is perched on Patna-Sahibganj rail route. Lakhisarai Jn and Bansipur are nearby railway stations to Kiul Jn, while Bhagalpur Jn serves to be the nearby major railhead to it. Kiul Jn and Lakhisarai Jn are separated from each other by Kiul River which runs through between them.  There are several trains which pass through Kiul Jn and connects it all metro cities and other parts of the country. Kiul assumes a great religious significance for Jain as it is the same place where Lord Mahavira, the 24th Tirthankara of Jain, attained the Kevala Jhana.
        Kiul Jn is just about 50 km away from Munger a historic town hosting several places of interest. Perched on the bank of the Ganga River, Munger is known for its Bihar School of Yoga. Munger Fort, Sita Kund (a hot water spring), Kastaharni Ghat and Bhimband Wildlife Sanctuary are other places of interest in Munger. Kiul has rail and road (NH-80) connections to Munger.  Famous for its remains sites of ancient Nalanda University, Nalanda is another place worth a visit near Kiul Jn which is just about 80 km away and is well connected by road to it. Samstipur, Bihar Sharif and Kakolat are other places which are easily accessible from Kiul Jn.

Verka Railway Junction,Punjab


Verka Railway Junction is located in Indian state of Punjab. It is just about 8 km away from the center of Amritsar city. Verka Jn belongs to Firozpur Cant of Northern Railway Zone. It is perched on Amritsar-Pathankot rail line and is served with several trains connecting it to other parts of India. VKA is the station code of Verka Jn. Jind Railway Junction


Jind is a town and the headquarters of Jind district in the Indian state of Haryana. Perched in the center of Haryana state, the town of Jind is served with a major railway Junction which comes under Delhi division of Northern Railway Zone. Jind Railway Junction falls on Bhatinda-New Delhi rail line and is connected by several trains to many other parts of the country.
Jind is home to numerous temples which makes the town a pilgrimage spot in the state. The temple of Bhuteshvara is the most prominent temple among other temples of Jind. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the temple is frequented by thousands of devotees round the year. It also has a large water tank which is known as Rani Talab, a key attraction of the place. Jayanti Devi Temple is another prominent temple of Jind. The temple holds great religious significance for the people of Jind. Hansi, Panipat, Karna Lake and Bhiwani are other places of interest which can easily be accessible from Jind Jn.

Jharsuguda Railway Junction


       Jharsuguda is a town and the headquarters of Jharsuguda district in the state of Orissa. It is an emerging industrial hub especially in metal and cement sectors. Owing to number of thermal power plants, Jharsuguda is often called as power house of Orissa state. Jharsuguda is a railway junction which comes under Chakradharpur division of South Eastern Railway Zone. Jharsuguda Jn falls on Kolkata-Mumbai rail line and is served with several trains.
       Jharsuguda hosts several places of interest in and around it. Jhadeswar temple, Shri Phadeswar temple, Rock Paintings at Bikramkhol, Koilighughar waterfall at Lakhanpur and Kolabira fort are some of them. Hirakud lies just about 65 km away from Jharsuguda. Jetalsar Railway Junction


         Jetalsar is a prominent railway junction located in Rajkot district of Gujarat state. Jetalsar Jn falls on Veraval-Rajkot rail line and is managed by Bhavnagar division of Western Railway Zone.  Jetalsar Railway Junction connects Porbandar on west direction, Rajkot Junction on north direction, Junagarh Jn and Veraval on south direction, and Khijadiya Jn and Dhola Jn on east direction.  Jetpur and Navagarh are nearby railway stations to Jetalsar Jn, while Rajkot serves to be the nearest major railhead to it.
          Jetalsar Jn is just about 25 km north east of Junagarh, the eighth largest city of Gujarat state. Tundla Railway Junction,Uttar Pradesh



Tundla is a town in Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh state. It is situated just 30 km away from the city of Agra. Tundla is served with a railway junction which comes under Allahabad Jn of North Central Railway Zone. Tundla Railway Junction falls on Kanpur –Agra rail line. It also has rail route to Delhi via Aligarh. TDL is the station code of Tundla Jn. The town also lies on national highway no 2 (NH-2) connecting Kolkata to Delhi.
Tundla hosts several colonial buildings and a catholic church which serves to be one of the oldest churches in northern India. Jasidih Railway Junction


     Jasidih is a small town located in Deoghar district of Uttar Pradesh state. It is a railway junction which belongs to Eastern Railway Zone, Asansol Jn. Jasidih Railway Junction falls on Howrah-New Delhi rail route. Jasidih lies just 7 km northwest of Deoghar city, the headquarters of Deoghar district. Dhanbad Jn is the nearby major railhead to Jasidih Jn. Several trains pass through Jasidih Jn connecting it to many other parts of the country.
     Deoghar, located just 7km away from Jasidih, Jn, is a prominent pilgrimage spot in Uttar Pradesh. It is home to Baidyanath Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
