       Alipurduar is a town and municipality in Jalpaiguri district of the state of West Bengal. Perched on the banks of Kaljani River at the foothills of Himalaya, Alipurduar is a major gateway to Bhutan and north eastern state of India. The town is situated in Dooars region which is dotted with timber-filled forests, wildlife and beautiful natural locations. Alipurduar has rich culture especially tribal culture as the region is populated by considerable number of tribal people. Rava, Santhal, Mech and Rajbanshi are some of tribes which have conserved their rich cultures and traditions. 
           Alipurduar is not a famous tourist destination itself, yet some places surrounding the town are worth visiting. Buxa Tiger Reserve near Alipurduar is famous wildlife area in West Bengal. Rich in flora and fauna, Buxa Tiger Reserve is has been recognized National Park.  It houses a number of Bengali tigers and other species of animals and birds.  One can spot a number of elephants making their way through Chalipata Forest located near the tiger reserve. Jaldapara wildlife Sanctuary forms another part of eco-tourism in the region.  
        Rajabhantawa, Raimatang, Jayanti and Bhutanghat are other places with great wildlife tourism potentials. Chhota Sinchula, the highest peak in the region with an altitude of about 1733, offers picturesque views of the Buxa forests. Alipurduar also houses several trekking trail which taken by the tourist to explore beautiful natural surroundings.
       Alipurduar serves to be the divisional headquarters of North Eastern Frontier Railway. Alipurduar Railway Junction is connected by several trains to Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Lucknow and many other cities West Bengal and the country. The town is also connected by major state highways to other parts of the state.

Ankleshwar Railway Junction, Gujarat

 

 
Ankleshwar is a town and municipality in the state of Gujarat, India. It is situated in Bharuchi district of the state and is a place of GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation).  There are over 5000 large and small scales industrial (mostly chemical) plants in Ankleshwar GIDC. The town also has an office of Oil India Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC).

Ankleshwar has a railway junction which falls under Vadodara railway division of Indian Western Railway. Panoli and Bharuchi (Jn) are nearby railway stations to Ankleshwar Junction. Bharuchi town is just 10 km away from Ankleshwar, while Surat- the commercial capital of Gujarat is just about 60 away from it.
Ankleshwar is famous for its Parshwanath Temple. Ankleshwar Parshwanath Temple serves to be a prominent place of pilgrimage for Jain people. The temple is dedicated to the 23rd Jain Tirthankara Lord Parshwanath. The temple is visited by thousands of Jain devotees throughout the year. Apart from Parshwanath Temple, Ankleshwar is home to four more Jain temples which also hold great religious significance for Jain people.

Built in 1881 by the British in India, Golden Bridge near Ankleshwar is a place worth a visit. This old brides is constructed over Narmada River and is also known as Narmada Bridge. It was built to smooth the transportation of goods in the region. Golden Bridges connect Ankleshwar to Bharuchi town.

 Several trains connect Ankleshwar Junction Railway Station to other railheads of Gujarat and rest part of the country. National Highway no 8 (Ajmer road) runs through the town linking it to other parts of India. If one opts to travel by air, one can land at Surat Airport or Vadodara Airport and then move further to the town of Ankleshwar.

Jankampet Junction,Andhra Pradesh



 Jankampet junction is located in Nizamabad district of Andhra Pradesh. Jankampet is a small village situated between Bodhan and Nizamabad in Andhra Pradesh. The railway station comes under the jurisdiction of the South Central Railway. Station code is JKM.

Nizamabad (7 km), Bodhan (18 km), and Navipet (8 km) are the nearby railway stations. The Jankampet junction is the meeting point for the railway track coming from Bodhan and the track of Secunderabad-Nizamabad-Manmad. It is near the border point of Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh.  Trains connecting Hyderabad to Nanded, Parbani, Manmad, Pune, and and Pandharapur stop at this junction. Major trains passing through this junction are Nizamabad-Nanded passenger train, Kachiguda-Nanded Passenger, Nanded-Hyderabad passenger, Kachiguda-Manmad passenger.

Talala Railway Junction,Gujarat




Talala Junction is located in the Gujarat State under the jurisdiction of Western Railways. Station code is TAV. It is a small station in the district of Junagadh which is at about 65 km.
The town of Talala is known for Kesar mangoes and the city hosts a sun temple. The city is at a close proximity with the Gir National Park. No express trains run through this station, only passenger local trains stop at this junction. Local trains running between Veraval, Delvada, Junaghad, and Kodinar stop here. Sasan Fhar, Somanath, Veraval, Chorwad, and Junagharh are some nearby places of interest.
