Pachora is a town and
municipality in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra state. It is a railway junction
which is managed by Bhusawal Jn division of Central Railway Zone. Pachora
Railway Junction is perched on Manmad – Bhusawal rail route and is served with many
trains connecting it to other parts of the state and the country. Pachora Jn is
just about 60 km away from Jalgaon and is about 80 km away from Bhusawal Jn.
Rail line coming from Jamner meets Manmad – Bhusawal rail route at Pachora Jn.
There are several places of
interest which are located around Pachora Jn and are easily accessible from it.
World famous tourist spots of Ajanta and
Ellora are just about 65 and 110 km away from Pachora, respectively. Grishneswar, one of the twelve
Jyotirlingas, can also be visited from Pachora. It is located at Ellora and has road access to it. Aurangabad which happens to be the tourism
capital of Maharashtra state is about 140 km away from Pachora. Another
important place one can visit from Pachora Jn is Shirdi, a major pilgrimage
spot in Maharashtra.

Railway Junction. Pachora town is also linked by state highway no 19 to
other parts of Maharashtra. Chikalthana airport at Aurangabad serves to be the
closest airbase to Pachora.
