Tirupattur is a town in Vellore District of Tamil Nadu state.
It is served with a railway junction which belongs to Palakkad division of
Southern Railway Zone. TPT is the station code of Tirupattur. Tirupattur
Railway Junction is well connected by several trains to other parts of the
country. Tirupattur is also connected by several state highways to other parts
of Tamil Nadu state, while Salem Airport (110 Km) serves as the closest airbase
to Tirupattur.
Many places of
attraction are located around Tirupattur and are easily accessible from it.
Yelgiri is beautiful hill station of Tamil Nadu. It is located just about 32 km
away from Tirupattur and is known for exquisite natural surroundings and pleasant
climate. Other places of interest located around Tirupattur include
