Alleppey, popularly called as the Venice of East, is a major tourist destination in the state of Kerala, India. Famous for its backwater tourism, the town of Alleppey is home to many places of interest worth a visit.

Cochin International Airport is the nearest airport at the distance of approximately 83 km from Alleppey. And this airport has connecting flights to and from around the world.
By train:
Alleppey has a railway station with good connectivity with almost all the major cities of state and other state. You can hire a private taxi, cab in advance through online prior to your arrival at the station. Buses and autos are also available to reach at your destination.
By road:
Highway 47 passes through Alleppey hence the city has excellent connectivity to major towns.
