Clear Car Rental Made Women’s Day special - #BalanceforBetter
International women's day is celebrated on 8th March every year to show respect to the achievements earned by women in various fields and to express their respect, admiration and equality.
To mark this year’s International Women’s Day, Clear Car Rental salute the dedication and determination of it’s female employees and celebrate the day with full enthusiasm and determination under this year’s Women’s Day theme #BalanceForBetter.
We greeted all women employees with flowers on the morning and organised a special motivational season in which we shared a video with them on what are the 7 values for a successful women and How to balance Career and family.
There was a snacks and dinner organized for the women, along with various events and activities had been planned to make the occasion special at our corporate office.
Also we asked to some of our women employee about their views on the day and what #BalanceForBetter means to them? Here is what they had to say..
1] "A women should always follow and Trust her own dream"Strive hard to achieve her own identity ,irrespective of the circumstances"
2] "A women should focus on continuous improvement in order to become successful,because that's what would make her different.
