Londa is a small town located in Belgaum
district of Andhra Pradesh state. It is served with a railway junction which
belongs to Hubli Jn division of South Western Railway Zone. Londa Railway Junction falls on
Vasco-da-Gama – Hubli rail route. Londa town is perched amidst the evergreen
forests of Western Ghat. A number of people get down at Londa Jn to explore
beautiful natural surroundings. Trekking is the most preferred activity among
the tourist alighting at Londa Jn. Tinai Ghat and Devarayi are nearby railway
stations to Londa Jn.
Nersa is small village located near Londa
Jn. It is famous for beautiful surrounding, lush green hills, and thick
forests. The place is popular among nature lovers, wildlife enthusiasts and
adventure freak tourists. Dandeli is
another place of attraction which can be reached from Londa. Abundant with lush
green scenery, Dandeli serves to be a perfect picnic spot. It is beautifully
perched on the banks of Kali Kaveri River against backdrop of Western Ghat
ranges. Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary is enriched with flora and fauna and is
visited by a number of tourists. River rafting, trekking, mountain climbing,
canoeing and kayaking are much popular adventure activities of the tourists
visiting Dandeli which is just about 45 km away from Londa Jn and is connected
to it by road. Panaji (Goa) is just
about 110 km away from Londa, while Hubli
in Karnataka lies about 100 km away from it.

(Yashwantpu Jn -Dadar), Hyderabad-Kolhapur Spl, Sharavati Exp (Mysore-Dadar),
Goa Exp and many other trains run trough Londa Railway Junction.
