Purna is a town in Parbhani district of Maharashtra state. It is a major railway junction which comes under Nanded division of South Central Railway Zone. Purna Railway Junction is perched on Manmad - Nanded rail route. Served with many trains, Purna Jn has rail connectivity to Aurangabad, Manmad, Mumbai, Nasik, Nanded, Parbhani, Jalna, Pune, Nagpur, Tirupati, Erode, Madurai, Parali Vaijnath, Kachiguda, Latur, Osmanabad etc. There are many religious sites and other places of interest located around Purna Jn.  Nanded is famous Sikh pilgrimage city attracting thousands of devotees round the year.
