Nagbhir Railway Junction belongs to South East Central Railway Zone of Indian Railways. It is perched on Umred–Bhramapuri rail route. Nagbhir is a small town located in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra state. It is famous for a Shiv Temple located on a nearby small hill. Gondia-Chanda Fort (MH) Passenger, Wadsa- Chanda Fort passenger, Gondia-Balaharshah passenger and many other trains pass through Nagbhir Railway Junction connecting it to other parts of the country.
Nagbhir Jn has rail and road access to some of the prominent places like Bhandara, Chandrapur, Tadoba, etc. Bhandara district is popularly referred to as the Lake District due to the presence of several lakes in the region. Parks and sanctuaries are other main highlights of Bhandara. Famous for its tiger reserve, Tadoba Nation Park is another place one can explore from Nagbhir Jn. The national Park is popular place among wildlife freak tourists. Nagbhir Railway Junction lies just about 100 km away from the city of Nagpur. Nagbhir has rail and road connections to it. Nagpur airport serves to be the nearby major airbase to it.
