Barharwa Railway
Junction is located in Sahibganj district of Jharkhand state. It is managed by
Malda Town Jn of Eastern Railway Zone. Barharwa Jn is perched on Khana Jn –
Kiul Jn rail line, often called as Sahibganj Loop. BHW is the station code of
Barharwa Jn. Barharwa town is also perched on national highway no 80 connecting
it other parts of the country.
There are several
places of interest located around Barharwa Junction. Pakur, Malda, Sahibaganj,
English Bazaar and Dumka are some of them. Barharwa Railway Junction is served
with number of trains connecting it other parts of India. Varanasi- Seldah Exp,
Howrah –Gaya Exp, Howrah-Jamlpur Exp, Delhi Dibrugarh Mail, Delhi-Malda Town
Exp and Patna-Malda Town Exp are some of the prominent trains which pass
through Barharwa Jn.
