Hajipur Railway Junction


         Perched on the banks of Narayani Gandak River, Hajipur is a city in the Indian state of Bihar. It also lies near the holy river Ganges and serves to be the headquarters of Vaishali district. It is just about 10 km away from Patna, the capital city of Bihar. Mahatma Gandhi Setu, one of the longest bridges in India, links Hajipur to Patna. Hajipur is a railway junction which comes under East Central Railway, Sonepur Jn and is served with many trains connecting it to other parts of the country.
       Hajipur was called as Ukkacala in ancient times. It serves to be one of those places where Lord Buddha gave his sermons. It also hosts several important temples which include Ramchura Mandir, Nepali Mandir, Lord Krishna temple, etc. Kaun Harra Ghat, a Buddhist Stupa and Mahatma Gandhi Setu are other places of interest one can visit in Hajipur. Sonepur which hosts an annual cattle fair on the occasion of Kartik Purnima (Oct-Nov) is just about 7 km away from Hajipur Jn. Sonepur Fair is considered to be the largest cattle fair  of Asia.
       The ancient town of Vaishali is just about 42 km away from Hajipur. It is connected well by road to Hajipur. Vaishali assumes great significance for Buddhist. It boasts of being the holy land visited by Lord Buddha during the 3rd century. Frequented by thousands of tourists and Buddhist devotees, Vaishali is home to several historic structures like Buddha Stupa, Ashokan Pillar, Abhishek Puskarani, etc.
        Hajipur Railway Junction is the headquarters of East Central Railway Zone and is connected by three rail lines to Muzaffarpur, Barauni and Chhapra. Several train pass through Hajipur Jn connecting it to many other parts of India. It is also connected by several national highways (NH-19, NH-22, and NH-322) to other parts of the state and country. Patna Airport serves to be the closest airbase to it.

Hathras Railway Junction,Uttar Pradesh


Hathras is a town in Mahamaya district of Uttar Pradesh state. Hathras Railway Junction is located just about 9 km away from the heart of the town. Hathras Jn belongs to Allahabad Jn of North Central Railway Zone. Hathras Railway Junction falls on Howrah-New Delhi rail line. It is served with many trains connecting it to other cities and towns of India. Nearby major railhead to Hathras is Ghaziabad Jn.
The town of Hathras serves to be the headquarters of Mahamaya district which was formerly known as Hathras district. It is served with a railway station called Hathras city Railway station, while Hathras Railway Junction is situated just about 9 km away from the centre of the town. Aligarh lies about 40 km away from Hathras Jn and is famous for its university called Aligarh Muslim University. Nakodar Railway Junction,Punjab

 
Nakodar is a municipal town located in Jalandhar district of Indian state of Punjab. It is served with a railway junction managed by Firozpur Cant division of Northern Railway Zone. Nakodar Railway Junction is perched on Jalandhar – Firozpur rail route and is served with many trains. The town of Nakodar hosts some historic and religious significance place in and around it. Nadiad Railway Junction, Gujarat

Nadiad is a town and the headquarters of the Kheda district of Gujarat state. It is famous for its Santram Mandir. Nadiad is a railway junction managed by Vadodara division of Western Railway Zone. Nadiad Railway Junction is perched on Ahmedabad –Vadodara rail route and is served several trains connecting it to many other parts of India. Ahmedabad Jn serves to be the nearby major railhead to Nadiad Jn.
Santram Mandir is the key attraction of Nadiad. The temple is known for its beautiful architectural style and carvings. It is dedicated to Santram Maharaj, a holy saint who once lived there. Hadmatiya Railway Junction


      Hadmatiya Railway Junction is located in Jamnagar district of Indian state of Gujarat. Hadmatiya Jn comes under Western Railway Zone of Indian Railways. It is perched on Rajkot – Jamnagar Rail route and is served with number of trains connecting it to other parts of the country. There are several important places of attraction one can easily access from Hadmatiya Jn. Jamnagar is just about 50 km away from Hadmatiya Jn by rail. Gudur Railway Junction


      Gudur is a town and municipality in Nellore district of AndhraPradesh state. It is a major railway junction which comes under Vijayawada Jn of South Central Railway Zone. Gudur Railway Junction falls on Chennai-Vijayawada rail route. There are many trains which pass through Gudur Jn. It also has rail connection to Tirupathi, one of most sacred places of Hindu in India. Nellore (44 km) is the nearby major railhead to Gudur Jn. Mica belt located around Gudur town is the second largest mica belt in India.
       Gudur Jn is just about 44 km away from Nellore which is famous for its lush green vegetation and several places of interest. Gudivada Railway Junction


        Gudivada is a small town located in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh state. It is railway junction which comes under Vijayawada Jn of South Central Railway Zone. Gudivada Railway Junction falls on Vijayawada- Machhilipatnam rail route. Rail line coming from Vijayawada bifurcates into two rail routes, one leading to Machhilipatnam and other one to Bhimavaram. 
         Gudivada Jn is just about 55 km away from Vijayawada which serves as a major commercial hub and the third largest city of Andhra Pradesh.  Perched on the banks of Krishna River, Vijayawada is also a major tourist destination in the state. It hosts several places of historic importance including Undavalli Caves and Kondapalli Fort. Rajiv Gandhi Park, Kanga Durga Temple and Gundala Church are other places of interest in Vijayawada, otherwise known as Bezwada.

Gomoh Railway Junction


       Gomoh is a small town located in Dhanbad district of Jharkhand state, India. It is a major railway junction which is managed by Dhanbad Jn of East Central Railway Zone. Gomoh Railway Junction falls on Gaya-Asonsol rail route and is served with many trains connecting it many other cities and towns of the country. Khanudih and Telo are nearby railway stations to Gomoh Jn, while nearby major railhead to Gomoh is Dhanbad Jn. Gomoh Railway Junction is renamed as Subhash Chandra Bose Junction Gomoh. 

       Gomoh Jn is just about 35 km north of Borako Steel city. Borako Steel City is an industrial city of Jharkhand state and is home to Asia’s largest steel plant. It also hosts several other industrial unites. One can also explore numerous places of interest in Borako Steel City which serves as the headquarters of Borako district. Dhanbad which is headquarters of Dhanbad district is just about 40 km away from Gomoh Jn. There are several places of tourist and religious significance located around Dhanbad. The serene Maithon Lake, Topchanchi Lake, Bhatinda Falls, Panchet Dam are some of the beautiful picnic spots in Dhanbad district. 
       Several trains pass through Gomoh Railway Junction. Kolkata-Delhi exp, Haridwar-Shalimar (WB) Exp, Howrah-Mumbai CST Exp, Gwalior-Howrah Exp, and Howrah-Mathura Exp are some of the trains which run through Gomoh Jn. There are many other trains which connect Gomoh to many other cities of the country. Ranchi Airport (160 km) serves to be the closest airbase to Gomoh.
