Degana Railway Junction
Degana is a small town in
Nagaur district of Indian state of Rajasthan. It is a railway junction which falls
on Jodhpur-Makrana rail route. Degana Railway
Junction belongs to Northern Western Railway, Jodhpur Jn. It has rail
connections to some significant cities of Rajasthan like Jodhpur, Bikaner,
Jaipur, etc. Degana railway station is served with many trains connecting it to
other parts of Rajasthan and rest of the country. The town is about 85km away
from Nagaur, the headquarters of Nagaur district.
Degana is
home to numerous places of worships. Besides, there are several places of
interest located around Degana. Karni Mata temple, Chamunda Mata temple,
Shitala Mata Temple and Devnarayan Temple are some of prominent temples of
Degana. The town also hosts an annual cattle fair attended by thousands of
people from far and wide. Nagaur, famous for its several historic structures
and Nagaur Fair, is just about 85
away from Degana and is easily accessible by road from the town. The famous
pilgrimage city of Ajmer is just
about 75 km away from Degana. It is famous for the shrine of Khwaja Moinudeen
Chishti, a great Sufi saint. It is frequented by thousand of devotees belonging
to all religions.
Many trains pass through Degana Railway Junction.
Besides, the town is well connected by several state highways to other parts of
Rajasthan. Jodhpur Airport serves as the closest airbase to Degana.

Darbhanga Railway Junction
Darbhanga
is a town and the headquarters of Darbhanga district in the state of Bihar. It
is served with a railway junction which comes under Samastipur Jn division of
East Central Railway Zone. Darbhanga Railway Junction is perched on
Sitamarhi-Nirmali rail line and is linked by several trains to other parts of
India. DBG is the station code of Darbhanga Jn. National Highway no 27 and
other highways also connect the town to other parts of India. Patna which is
about 135 km away from Darbhanga is the nearby major airbase to it.
Darbhanga
has rail and road connections to many other parts of India. Madhubani,
Samastipur, Muzaffarpur and Sitamarhi are some of prominent places which one
can easily access from Darbhanga. Delhi- Darbhanga Spl, Kurla (MH)-Darbhanga
Exp, Pune- Darbhanga Exp, Bangalore- Darbhanga Exp, Howrah- Darbhanga Ex,
Amritsar- Jaynagar Exp, Darbhanga- Puri Exp, Ahmedabad- Darbhanga Exp and many
other trains pass through Darbhanga Railway Junction.

Dalmau Railway Junction
Dalmau is a small town
in Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh state. It is an important railway
junction managed by Northern Railway, Lucknow Jn. Dalmau Railway Junction falls
on Unnao- Unchahar railway line and is served with many trains connecting it to
Allahabad, Rae Bareli, Unnao, Unchahar and thereby to many other parts of
India.
Dalmau is just about
33 km away from Rae Bareli city. It has rail and road connections to it. There
are several places of interest situated in and around Rae Bareli. Indira Gandhi
Memorial Botanical Garden is one among them. Set up in 1986 to maintain
ecological balance, Botanical Garden serves to be a perfect picnic spot for the
locals and the visitors. Behta Bridge and Samastipur Bird Sanctuary are other
prominent places of attraction to be visited in and around Dalmau. Kanpur,
Lucknow, Pratapgarh, and Kaushambi are important places which can easily be
accessed from Dalamu Jn.
There are several
trains which pass through Dalmau Railway Junction. Dalmau is well connected by
rail to many other cities of Uttar Pradesh and rest parts of the country. Besides,
state highway no 38 and 13A run through the town linking it to other parts of
the state. Kanpur which is about 100km North West of Dalmau serves to be the
closest airbase to it.
