Mavli Railway Junction,Rajasthan


Mavli Junction belongs to the Ajmer division of the North Western Railways in India.  The station is located at the Mavli town of Rajasthan in the Udaipur district. The station at Mavli connects Marwar, Ajmer, Chittaurgarh, Udaipur, and Bari Sadri in Rajasthan. IR code of Mavli Junction is MVJ.
Mavli town is famous for a step well (bawri) known as Bai Raj Ki Bawri.  Nearby tourist places to be visited are Udaipur, Ajmer, Nathdwara, Chittaurgarh, Kumbhalgarh, and Bhilwara. It is at about 258 km from Ajmer Junction; about 43 km from Udaipur station and Nathdwara station is at about 14 km from Mavli.
