Jetalsar is a prominent railway
junction located in Rajkot district of Gujarat state. Jetalsar Jn falls on
Veraval-Rajkot rail line and is managed by Bhavnagar division of Western
Railway Zone. Jetalsar Railway Junction connects Porbandar
on west direction, Rajkot Junction on north direction, Junagarh Jn and Veraval
on south direction, and Khijadiya Jn and Dhola Jn on east direction. Jetpur and Navagarh are nearby railway
stations to Jetalsar Jn, while Rajkot serves to be the nearest major railhead
to it.
Jetalsar Jn is just about 25 km
north east of Junagarh, the eighth largest city of Gujarat state. Situated at
the feet of Girnar hills, Junagarh serves to be a major tourist destination in

(Mumbai Central-Veraval), Somnath Exp (Ahmedabad-Veraval) and Porbandar-Rajkot
Exp are some of the trains which pass through Jetalsar Jn connecting it to
other parts of the country. Besides the town of Jetalsar is perched on national
highway no 151 (NH-151).
